Not all retreats are curated the same. Some focus on yoga, inspiring speakers, or meditation. At WellDays we have curated a space for rest, connection, stress reduction, self-examination, discovery, and an assessment of your current state of being. At our core is the rare integrated opportunity to connect by disconnecting, open repressed thoughts uncover actions that unknowingly make one emotionally exhausted, reduce stress and burnout, and be transformed (and a bit of yoga... no goats).
